L'energia più pulita è quella non consumata: recuperare, piuttosto che abbattere e ricostruire.
L'obiettivo è il ripopolamento del complesso, con un intervento sostenibile che prevede, oltre al restauro conservativo, il recupero energetico e l'impiego di materiali ecologici, in modo da abbattere i consumi e ridurre l'impatto ambientale.

Das Ziel ist die Wiederansiedlung des Gebäudekomplexes mit einem nachhaltigen Projekt, zusätzlich zu der üblichen Restaurierung, mit der Verwendung von baubiologischen Materialien, um den Energieverbrauch zu senken und die Umwelt zu schützen.
